Responsibilities include:
· Do the necessary counseling for clients to decide on a program and a destination
· Assist education seekers with their university applications
· Advise with the required documents for their programs of choice
· Assist students with their visa applications and prepare them for embassy interviews
· Communicate with university representatives to ensure faster enrollment for our clients
· Respond to all types of customer inquiries either through face to face communication, over the phone, E-mails, and/or Skype
· Help in organizing and participate in all BESA events and activities
· Follow up on a regular bases with BESAs clientele database
Qualifications and skills:
· 0-1 years of experience
· Excellent English is a must!
· Close residency (Nasr City)
· Willing to learn and develop
· Knowledge of MS Office and business writing
· Punctual, initiative taker, and a good time manager
· Presentation skills - ability to present our services to big audiences
· Professionalism in appearance and attitude
