Description
The role is required to oversee quality output through key review mechanisms like daily , weekly, monthly and quarterly Business Reports, Operational performance score cards on the key metric performance metrics. As such, strong project management skills as well as proven abilities to help design and implement tools/processes are critical to this role.
Selected candidate will be working with global senior managers, site peers and BU partners .This position will involve regular Communication and engagement with Payroll, Tax , Benefits, HR senior leadership, Hub leaders and other stakeholders within Finance Org, Technology team Managers, Operations excellence teams, and senior leadership. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive level presentation skills will be key to success.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, be innovative, and have a desire to participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment. We are seeking someone with a demonstrated history of successfully owning and managing large, complex processes and engaging with cross-functional teams, and numerous stakeholders, directly and through influence.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience in payroll, HR, finance, tax or accounting
Written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Payroll knowledge
Strong analytical experience and an ability to understand many different global payroll processes
Excellent communication skills experience working with customers internally and externally
Demonstrated Change Management experience including the ability to work with improvement team sponsors to address barriers to a team success.
A strong work ethic with high customer service acumen.
A self-motivated and flexible working approach
Proficiency in lean six sigma tools, statistics, SPC, hypothesis testing, regression, root cause analysis, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong process, manufacturing, or engineering background with an ability to understand work flow and throughput through the operation (Finance Payroll background preferred)
Customer focus and professional demeanor
Advanced experience with Excel and Outlook
Proven experience delivering a high level of customer service
Ability to meet tight deadlines and efficiently interact with various groups across the company
