Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are hiring an immediate joiner with a minimum of 2 years experience in SUBSCRIPTION Business and Worked with a SaaS Company.
Salary Range: 5000 to EGP 6500 EGP This is a remote job
Responsibilities
Manage manages monthly SaaS subscription.
Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts typing.
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Responsible for full-cycle accounting duties
Code and enter vendor expense invoices
Process Accounts payable
Process accounts receivable and invoice clients
Prepare bank deposits
Ensure accuracy in the general ledger
Process employee timesheets and run payroll through our payroll system Paylocity
Create financial statements and maintain financial reports
Track and pay sales commissions
Reconcile credit and bank accounts
Monitor cash levels and report on anticipated variances
Participate and contribute to the Management team including attending key meetings.
Requirements
Understanding of SaaS (subscription-based business model).
Proven Work experience as an
Accountant SaaS company
Hands-on experience with accounting software QuickBooks Zoho.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
BSc in Accounting Finance or relevant degree
Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
Experience with ERPs we use Zoho one QuickBooks
.Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
