Description * Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals * Handle all administrative duties for the organization and schedules for projects * Follow up with all company departments making sure of all projects stages are timely done * Follow up with the clients and providing all necessary information about ongoing projects * Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required * Perform data entry duties with regard to sales activities, using the related company software * Create and process sales orders/variations orders/financial sheets in a timely fashion * Report unusual activity to supervisors * Expedite requests for rush orders and alter sales orders and shipping data as needed.
Qualifications * Presentable personality * V. Good communication skills * Excellent command of English, French is a plus * comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office * Basic knowledge of Auto Cad
