Manage all communication and scheduling with candidates, and coordinate the logistics of all interviews.
Screen resumes in terms of skills, experience, and knowledge to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Conduct prescreening interviews (Telephone Screening).
Administer job applications and all employment tests for candidates.
Maintain all applicants data and post-interview feedback, softcopy on the server, and hardcopy in well-ordered files.
Forward apology mails to the unaccepted candidates.
Participate in preparing presentations.
Attend job fairs for recruiting and for company recognition.
Fresh Graduate
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Excellent command of English is a must.
