We are looking for a talented, Talent Acquisition Recruiters to join our team! As one of the fast growing recruitment firms in the Middle East, we are currently experiencing massive growth in client demand and job orders. You will participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years recruiting and interviewing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
Previous Recruitment call center experience is a MUST
Excellent customer service skills and building rapport with candidates and clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be quick learner and quick problem solver
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to express innovative thoughts/ideas with regard to recruiting and overall employee experience
ATS Experience
Tech Savvy
