Job Description
Main Role: Account management activities for outsourced Labor & Contractors in his/her assigned sites/accounts to ensure smooth operations of business lines/channels.
Accountabilities
· Ensure daily efficient attainment of Labor across all assigned accounts.
· Develop monthly accrual of all outsourcing expenses in cooperation with the finance team.
· Manage Employee Relation activities for outsourced Labor in assigned accounts.
· Investigate track and approve Labor penalties & develop relevant action plans.
· Perform vendor management activities with Labor suppliers to ensure daily smooth operations .
· Handle contractors hiring process in coordination with suppliers & PepsiCo hiring Managers as well as Local HR Manager (LHRM) hiring process of white collars.
· Design and implement new system in cooperation with Global Procurement and HRSS.
· Create Monthly PRs on the system.
· Coordinate with business LHRM and OS team for commission issues reporting requests special operation requirements.
· Review develop and send the attendance sheets to all suppliers.
· Set meetings with Business Owners across all locations for operations discussions.
· Conduct Site Visits to remote sites Business operations.
· Monthly audit on all hiring papers and official documents.
· Handle social insurance coverage of Manage Out (MO) cases.
· Manage Transformation Projects on outsourcing pillar & achieve project targets within set timelines.
· Implement OS events with LHRM across all Locations.
· Design and implement remapping change MGMT plans.
· Design and implement rewards and recognition for OS population.
· Plan and implement of special offline payments process.
· Coordinate with special business teams on monthly Over Time (OT) and attendance.
· Submit the required Headcount in all locations based on the Annual Production plan to OS compensation and Benefits analyst to build the AOP.
· Meet AOP PH II budget & achieve assigned tasks for assigned accounts while reaching R/C target.
· Handle the Hiring process of outsourced deployment drivers in Snacks.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelors Degree in any relevant discipline.
· 0-2 years of HR experience.
· Microsoft office strong knowledge (Excel).
· Strong communication skills
· Financial analysis skills.
