Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in the same position.
- Previous experience in Administration Personnel and Compensation and benefits is a must.
- Ability to create and update policies and procedures
- Excellent Microsoft office user.
- Outlook experience required.
- Self-confident.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Good in English
