Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing required documents for sales agents in various departments.
• Maintaining the set workflow of the sales operation.
• Track competitors activities on social media and prepare activities report.
• Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
Educational and Skill Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree from a reputable university.
• 0 – 1 year of admin experience (preferable in the real estate field).
• Excellent English and Arabic written and spoken is a must.
• High computer literacy excellent use of Microsoft-related softwares
Location_ Maadi
Salary Range_ 4:8K + Commission.
