The Social media Moderator is responsible for contributing to the development execution maintenance and measurement of social media communications and engagement strategies. The candidate will also be also responsible for protecting the reputation and brand on social media platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with AM team in the development and implementation of creative social media strategies campaigns for the promotion of various brands and its executives experts members products events and advocacy.
Actively manage clients social media pages including responding to fans moderating pages and pro-actively engaging with users.
Actively work on enhancing clients public image through its social media platforms
Support execution of campaigns from conception to launch following deadlines and project plans
Act as a focal point to ensure communication between the client and their customers are managed efficiently
Perform other activities based on clients needs and requirements like listening monitoring or proactive engagement.
Make sure the KPIs agreed with the client are achieved
making sure content is regular relevant and engaging.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the use of social media platforms.
Responsible for achieving high quality results with only general supervision.
Effectively communicate the companys mission.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mass communication public relation journalism or any relevant field.
1 – 2 years experience in a similar role
Expert knowledge social media platforms (Twitter Facebook Instagram )
Strong understanding of social media content best practices & guidelines
Strong understanding of UAE market including dialect culture and political landscape.
Fluency in the English language
Excellent Arabic & English writing skills
Excellent MS office knowledge
