· Identify current and future human resources needs for an organization to achieve its goals.
· Develop a strong understanding of the rationale underlying HR policies to guide staff and management.
· Support HR Department’s initiative to improve data quality and accuracy in systems.
· Prepare regular staffing analyses formal reports and briefs.
- 1-4 years of experience as HR Planning Workforce planning and Data Analysis .
- Strong numerical and research skills.
- Mastering excel is a MUST.
- Males are preferred .
