HR Deployment
What s On Our Plate
To support the implementation of HR policies processes and programs to recruit equip develop motivate and retain our people
Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs in line with the annual HR plan
Build positive working relationships with management and employees
Contribute to establishing a professional HR environment
Participate in HR-related projects
Onboarding And Offboarding
Support operations supervisors and related functions with staff planning in line with business requirements
Follow up with talent acquisition regarding new hires to anticipate appropriate HR actions regarding recruitment and transfers
Support in the onboarding cycle and the resignation offboarding steps
Administration And Information Management
To analyze and report relevant HR information to HR within own area of responsibility to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to all stakeholders and to identify potential improvements of any HR related activity
Analyze and produce data on HR indicators to HR and Management in a consistent and effective
way
Analyze HR data and recommend solutions for improvement
Maintain HR daily monthly/weekly HR reports
Maintain accurate data on systems
What We Ordered
Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent
3 to 5 years in Human resources and experience as a People Business Partner are essential
Excellent command of English
