HR Data Maintenance and Accuracy
Ensure high quality of HR data by accurately posting validating and verifying data in alignment with the policies
Help improving data management methods systems and standards on a continuous basis
Proactively suggests opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future requirements
Preserve all data maintenance for all HR transactions on SAP including New hires Terminations transfers employees documents and contracts renewa etc
Manage the approval cycles processes and workflow on SAP including but not limited to Contract renewal leave approval and transfer workflow
Control the manpower plan across the company and implementing the approved changes in the structure/layout versus planned
Reporting and Data Analysis
Manage frequent reports monthly quarterly annual including but not limited to Headcount termination and end of service
Ensure data integrity by conducting monthly quarterly data audits of all employee data as well as data cleansing
Drive all analysis activities provide the decision makers with all types of reports according to the strategic priorities to meet their business needs
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or any relevant field
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an HRIS position
Must have experience in SAP
BI reporting tools is a plus
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Good communication and organizational skills
Excellent problem solving skills
