Accountant (AP)
1.Bachelor in Accounting
2.5+ years of relevant experience
3.Good knowledge of accounting principles
4.Good skills in MS Excel
5.Expeience in ERP systems (SAP must)
6.Fluent in Arabic and Good in English
7.Good communication and follow-up skills
Job responsibilities
1.Release all Transportation & Freight Framework Orders with reference to the approved authority matrix;
2.Review, verify and post all Transportation & Freight vendor invoices with reference to the released framework order and goods received;
3.Clear Transportation & Freight GR/IR clearing account and reconcile the account against the parked invoices.
4.Reconcile Transportation & Freight vendor accounts on a monthly basis , and acquire balance confirmation on a quarterly basis;
5.Clear Transportation & Freight vendor accounts on a monthly basis (invoices vs payments and invoices vs credit notes);
6.Maintain Transportation & Freight vendor files and ensure an easy accessibility to invoices, payments and the other related documents; and
7.Maintain good relationship with Transportation & Freight vendors and ensure that the effective and timely communication with them.
