Responsible for increasing all shops types on the application to meet the customers orders with a wide range of types.
What will you do?
Work on wide range of research regarding all types of shops that includes but not limited to (restaurants pets shops beauty pharmacy tickets).
Add accurately shop s information regarding banners logos locations descriptions subtitles working hours & Menus on the application.
Promptly respond to team requests that includes adding new shops and updating shops information.
Keep proven track record with all data added on application through work management tools (Monday).
Develop stores on Backend.
Develop promotion and discount to partner on Mrsool system (Backend).
Develop & update menus on Mrsool systems (Portal).
Maintain edits required by partnership clients.
Fixed front issues related to stores & courier registration.
Continuous follow up with couriers from orientation till registration.
Fix operations team issues regarding stores through Mrsool systems.
Train and manage interns to sustain good quality of work.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any related discipline.
Required personal qualities
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent typing skills.
Very good research and fast typing skills.
Required Competences
Computer skills (Word Excel PowerPoint) is a must.
Very Good English.
Minimum Experience
1-3 years of experience as data entry or content creator.
