Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the
following:
• To execute the sourcing and selection activities for
positions up to middle management levels in line with
approved business plans to ensure that all hiring
requirements are effectively met within the set key
performance indicators (KPIs) and with full alignment
to work policies and procedures. In addition to
handling the internal hiring/transfers processes to
ensure effective implementation within a set TAT
fulfill the business hiring needs and ensure
consistency of the process across the bank and
maintain internal equity and to implement all related
manpower planning activities for internal/external
hiring budget allocations to ensure accurate

reporting and track of budget allocations.
