Job Purpose
Serves as the liaison between the business and the HR connecting the business with specialists at the Center of Expertise and HR Operations
Key Accountabilities
Headcount Optimization
Leads the implementation of organization changes and re-structuring projects to ensure having a capable right sized organization that should deliver the business agenda
Anticipate and address business risks from an HR prospective and proactively put a mitigation plan in line with overall all business strategy and direction to ensure business continuity
Act as a change agent who leads and supports the transformation of the business in his her relevant functions to ensure business stability
Lead headcount planning for the plants depots in co-operation with leadership team during budgeting process
Setting the OT budget and ensure compliance across Plants Depots
Monitor review with C B the merit process promotions and new job creations
Influencing Implementing Business Strategy
Conduct site visits based on business need
Drive Performance Management Process across plantsdepots
Setting KPIs objectives for the Manufacturing Supply Chain population and ensure cascading them properly as well as developing HR strategies policies and practices
Work closely with line managers to evaluate training needs and monitor training programs to ensure closing current skill gaps
Develop and implement communications processes that deliver a consistent message and means for engagement on the business journey
Education Experience and Skills
Education
Bachelors degree.
HR Professional certifications is necessary Experience and Skills
5 years of practical experience in the different HR Functions with minimum 3 years as a Business Partner
Flexible and results oriented with excellent communication skills
