Review job requirements received from hiring managers to match applicants with job requirements.
Develop recruiting strategies that meet staffing needs.
Search for candidates using various sourcing techniques and platforms such as databases internet recruiting resources networking job fairs media advertisements recruiting agencies or employee referrals.
Review and update job descriptions on regular basis.
Interview applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history job skills training and education.
Analyze employment data related to the position and creates reports as requested.
Job Skills & Qualifications required:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Minimum of 2 years experience as a recruiter for IT technical positions.
Experience in Fintech is a plus.
