Role Summary
Welcoming new joining vendors/restaurants keep tracking the performance history and follow up on the restaurants performance in the future.
Whats On Your Plate?
Making the onboarding call to new joining vendors.
Analyze list of underperforming restaurants according to KPIs.
Conduct coaching calls to restaurants managers and provide solutions to enhance their KPIs.
Tracking the performance history and follow up on the restaurant performance in the future.
Document the outcome and the analysis feedback.
Escalate and take action whenever needed.
Report the daily outcome to the direct manager.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in any field.
At least 6 Month Experience in customer service Out-Bound is a must.
Excellent to fluent English level.
Outstanding communication skills.
MS-Office.
