Basic Qualifications
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Proficiency in Arabic
Previous experience with HR compliance in MENA region hands-on experience in the application of compliance policies and procedures sound understanding of employment laws and regulations and demonstrated research abilities in creating and delivering presentations
Experience in the Human Resources function
Computer experience specifically with HR information systems PeopleSoft Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs Outlook Word Access PowerPoint
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding compliance and employee issues
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills accuracy is essential
Should be able to build rapport establish relationships influence and partner with people across all levels of the company with ease
With a flair for details responds quickly and accurately to stakeholders with proactive efforts and measures
Preferred Qualifications
A completed Bachelors Degree from an accredited University in HR Law or similar areas
Specialization in Human Resources compliance or Business Administration from an accredited University
Experience in HR Assistant role
Experience managing legal compliance issues preferably in MENA region
