Location: cairo
Support HR Department with timely and efficient coordination between back and front office through handling all requested tasks with maximum ability to develop the department in the back office and make sure all information is properly documented recorded and communicated with all parties involved




Duties  Responsibilities




Perform responsible professional/administrative work coordinating functions and executing tasks within Human Resources
Ensure all formalities are fulfilled whenever new recruitment is conducted Job description Job announcement Interview filtering and selection of candidates
Ensure all formalities are fulfilled before new employees are joining the company Job offer employee s personal documents employee s contract IT intimation Employee s office equipment
Conduct the needed Employee Orientation upon employee s joining the company Introduction to company s policies rules and regulations Sending a welcome message to the new employee
Provide administrative support in the preparation of correspondence reports schedules confidential materials and various employee issues
Provide support and clarifications to employees when requested
Produce salary certificates control holidays medical leaves and attendance of every employee adjusting monthly wages accordingly
Liaise with medical insurance companies and other providers under the supervision and guidance of HR Department
Manage company benefits medical insurance flight tickets if any etc
Prepare contracts and offer letters as per request of HR department
Handle the execution of HR tasks providing administrative support to HR department
Support the department managing the execution and follow up of training and development programs to ensure optimal company wide performance
Assist conducting surveys within employees and providing support for employees performance review
Assist HR in the development and maintenance of Personnel Policies and Procedures and new programs and services related to Human Resources
Keep strict confidentiality in performing the duties and managing the information
Maintain employee personnel filing copies of personal document



Qualifications  Educational Requirements




Bachelor Degree in Business HR
Ability to make decisions without direct supervision and must be accurate efficient and capable of handling detailed work assignments
A legal background in corporate and employment laws and regulations in UAE KSA and Egypt is preferable
Administration knowledge and practical experience in Microsoft Word Excel and Access
Excellent public relations skills including courteousness tact and good verbal communications
Good health attendance and high moral character
Maintain respect at all times for confidential information
Ability to maintain self control and complete tasks with frequent interruptions
Proven ability to work independently and self motivated also work cooperatively with other personnel
