HR Business Partner
Job duties and responsibilities
Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices
Developing HR strategies policies and Procedures
Close Follow Up on Attendance Leaves and Absenteeism
Responsible for administering performance management program
Advise leadership on hiring and terminations
Administer payroll employee benefits
Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints
Partner with leadership to develop succession plans
Follow up on recruitments needs
Requirements
At least 3year experience in Human Resources
Good understanding of HR Business Partner KPIs
Critical thinker and problem solving skills
Good time-management skills
Gret interpersonal and communication skills
Age between26 and 32 years old
Great Soft Skills
Good English
very Good in Excel
October or Zayed residents is a must
Males Only
Salary Range from 5000EGP to 6000EGP
