Answer calls and respond to emails
Grapping leads out of the different sources and add it to the CRM assigned to sales team.
Handle customer inquiries telephonically
Research required information using available resources
Initiate Customer Complain request on the system
Provide customers with product and service information
Register new leads information into system
Update existing customer information
Process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues once received and registered on the system
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Complete call logs
Produce call reports
Conduct outbound calls where necessary
Handle different assigned tasks from superior
Salary : 4K - 5K
