Zeina Group (Located in Sheikh Zayed) is urgently looking to hire Group Recruitment Specialist with 2-4 Years of Experience.
Job Description
-Coordinating manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
-Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate channels
-Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases social media
-Screening candidates resumes and job applications
-Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
-Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills & experience
-Ensuring all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
-Onboarding of new employees
-Provide analytical & well documented recruiting reports
-Developing and updating job descriptions & job specifications
-Performing task analysis to document job requirements & objectives
Job Requirements:
BSc Management & Sciences or relevant degree
Interviewing skills
Negotiations skills
Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports proposals.
Effective public relations and public speaking skills
Excel skills is must
