- Bachelor degree is a must
- 6months-1 year of experience is a must
- Good English / Microsoft office
Job Description:
- Manage office maintenance and cleaning.
- Manage office equipment and supplies and ordering new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Manage office maintenance and cleaning.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues.
- Offer assistance to the accounting department to provide manage invoices payments and receipts.
- Ensures that office operations are in compliance with policy provisions and standards.
* Salary Range: 3.5k-4k
* Medical & Social Insurance
* 6 Days/Week
