Job Purpose
Take part in the HR Admin quality Assurance by applying physical inspection for admin services Employee experience for HR services
Participate HR Admin process development with the process owners interfaces then ensure their alignment with company strategic pillars
Job Responsibilities
Perform a monitoring mechanism through quality reports feedback and surveys in order to identify opportunities for improvement that impact both business operation the employee experience for HR Admin services benefits
Maintain HR Admin feedback channel to Investigate and resolve all internal customer complaints HR Administration
Internal Audit
Conduct an internal audit assignment Audit Checklists Questionnaires to ensure that HR Administration policies and processes are followed practiced and meeting the business needs and comply with legal regulations
Report Audit Findings Evidences and follow up on implementing the proper controls
Manage HR Admin Administration process development with the process owners interfaces then ensure their alignment with company strategic pillars
Develop Operational risk register evaluate risks record findings and agree on the control measures needed with all business owners in HR Admin to control these risks
Qualification and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
3 years Experience in Process Management and or Quality Assurance
Experience working in a compliance or audit role
Excellent command of Advanced Excel PowerPoint VISIO Statistical tools proficiency
Excellent command in English Reading Writing Oral
Excellent communication skills
