Preparing Brokers Agreements.
Preparing Contracts and Reservation Forms.
Preparing Cheques Portfolio for each Unit.
Handling Contracts Status.
Stamping and Scanning contracts after being signed from CEO.
Responsible for the contracts sent abroad and follow up.
Uploading Contracts and Reservations on CRM.
Provide information to Sales as required.
Update the clients Database sheet.
