Job Purpose
The Senior Sales Advisors role is to help maximize sales for the store and to ensure that the store and it is staff provide a first class customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
Help to maximize sales for the store.
Supervise the daily operations of the department with the CDM.
Ensure minimization of costs by controlling wastage, handling merchandise properly to avoid shrinkage, etc in the store.
Stocks shelves, counters or tables with merchandise; ensures that visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to and standards maintained.
Counts and balances cash register and receipts.
Stamps or attaches price tags on stock.

Act as the Senior contact in store for customer and any other interactions and lead the staff and direct their activities as briefed by store management.
Coach and guiding staff on customer service behaviours and customer service.
Help prepare reports and carry out store walks with the CDMs.
Act as role model for the SAs chandise and checks tagged prices to verify accuracy referring to price list.

QUA
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
Knowledge of sales principles
Relevant product knowledge and training
Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment
Basic business administration knowledge
Confident and clear communicator
Awareness of the impact of behavior and performance
Awareness of level of authority
Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
Knowledge of the Marks and Spencer brand
