• Responsible to collect and set the Administration Department budget & revise it via the actual costs; Preparing Annual Administration Cost analysis report;
• Compiling weekly and annual Administration report data.
• Creating AFE requests and follow up on the required approvals.
• Administration petty Cash Custodian.
• Perform the front office work such as: Greet and welcome guests, directing and announcing them appropriately; Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages;Answer questions and address complaints; Keep updated records and files (Logbook, visitor attendance…),etc.
• Receive the requests of meeting room reservation, stationery, temporary office desk, correspondence, vehicles etc., and distribute or arrange with related responsible supervisor.
• Prepare outgoing mail as request.
