Proceed with the Recruitment Process
Internally and/or externally once receiving the requisition in attachment with the JD from the hiring manager
Prepare and post job Ads externally through different recruitment channels (ex: websites social networks agencies etc.)
Collect & Screen CVs in alignment with the Hiring Manager followed by the conduction of HR interviews and recommending a short list to the Hiring Manager for technical assessment.

Internal Transfers Procedures
Maximize the CV Database with resumes of candidates that would fulfill the current and potential vacancies.
Prepare and send job offers pre-employment Medical Checkup letters & Hiring Documents letters to the offered candidates.
Responsible for handling all related recruitment activities from sourcing/offering candidates until the onboarding experience
Qualifications:
2-3 years’ experience with at least 1 year in Recruitment.
Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Enrollment in an HR certificate or Diploma is a plus
