Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting the IT operations and infrastructure activities.
Supporting service desk and ticketing system operations.
Supporting procurement operations –(invoicing receiving payment…etc.)
handling contracts with IT vendors.
supporting the end user (PC Telephony Printing…etc.)
Education: Bachelor Degree in IT field or a similar degree in the same area of responsibility
Experience: 0-1 year of experience
Good command in English (Read Write ,
conversation).
Basic knowledge in IT infrastructure (Servers networks…etc.)
Good communication level.
