HR Supervisor at Ghabbour Auto
The Sales Rep/Engineer should support all sales activities related to Buses through Maximizing profit sales. The sales Rep/ Engineer should also achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives established by and agreed with the Area / Product Sales Manager.
Coordinate with the Area / Product Sales Manager in preparing the commercial approach (sales talk multiple-selling tactics etc.).
Monitor accounts’ performance in terms of growth profitability saturation and collection track record.
Provide localized support to other sales representatives as required.
Prepare required reports on individual sales activity in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure proper self-time-management including spending sufficient time in the market (more than 90%).
Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in product portfolio and stay up to date on technical developments in commercial vehicles and on competition.
Identify and develop relations with new customers.
Proactively attempts to retain / regain attractive customer accounts.
Position Requirements:
Position Title: Sales representative
Educational Requirements: Relevant Bachelor Degree/ Engineering Background if required
Special Certification or Training Required: Language & PC certificate
Required Industry Experience: 1– 3 years of Experience in all sales aspects.
Technological Requirements: Microsoft Office Suite
Language Requirements: Very good Command of English (verbal and written)
