Purpose
 

Assist in managing the life cycle of various products and programmes and ensure theproduct portfolio growth is in line with the firms strategy.

 

 

 

Responsibility:

 

1. Assist in creating and designing new products through developing the business case and forecasts identifying the product requirements and market mix model establishing future metrics and aligning operation and activating the marketing plan.

 

2. Support the Product Senior Manager in the preparation of product portfolio plans and establishing performance objectives in accordance with the annual plan and performance management policies and processes.

 

3. Assist in conducting market research that includes on-going visits to customers, merchants vendors partners etc. to specify market requirements for current and future products and monitoring competition to build an understanding of their different client segments.

 

4. Deploy pricing and pricing amendments through the firms promotional communication material.

 

5. Perform initial analysis to asses any requested changes and the potential impact of those changes and implement all approved changes in a timely manner.

 

6. Provide updates to the Product Manager on product/service/target market activity and productivity.

 

7. Assess vendors performance and monitor the client life cycle.

 

8. Monitor and analyze client trends and activities to propose recommendations on how to increase their utilization of our products and bundles.

 

9. Assist in conducting product performance reviews and propose and request systems and process changes based on them.

 

10. Ensure products’ presence across different channels.

 

11. Assist in building pre-approved credit policies for various surrogates to identify and source clients from different segments.

 

12. Achieve targets on both the acquisition and profitability side to meet the pre-planned budget.

 

13. Work closely with all concerned departments (Business Development Operations IT Marketing and Finance) to ensure smooth customer acquisition and sales.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.

 

2. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in Retail Banking telecom or Fintech.

 

3. Knowledge of the below is a plus:

 

1. Product management planning and operations.

 

2. Product channels management awareness.

 

3. Relevant banking and financial regulatory rules.

 

4. Strong organizational skills.

 

5. Strong analytical skills.

 

6. Capable of transferring the business strategy and ideas into viable action plans.

 

7. Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel and Power point) and tech-savvy.

 

8. Excellent command of Arabic and English.

 

9. Good communication skills (written verbal and listening) and strong critical reasoning skills.

 

10. Able to build partnerships and work well in teams especially in a start-up environment.

 

11. Can identify problems and refer/escalate complex issues to a higher level.

 

12. Ensure deliverables are always of a high quality.

 

13. Detail oriented; ensure deliverables are always of a high quality.

 

14. Multi-tasker with the ability to meet changing deadlines and to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
