Golds gym is seeking for Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing screening and recommending candidates for vacant positions across the company as well as onboarding new hires. He/she will identify opportunities to build applicant pools establish trust and partnerships with managers.
· Manage the headcount/manpower plan along with departments heads.
· Conducts and deliver the induction training for the new hires.
· Responsible for the recruitment process such as screening CVs phone screening conducts interviews preparing offers and onboarding new hires.
· Responsible for create and update the job descriptions job specifications and job analysis.
· Creates job posts and advertising them through different recruitment channels to ensure fill the vacant positions with the right talent.
· Attend job fairs and any other recruitment events to represent the company to the talents in the market.
· Promote the companys environment inside the company furthermore employee branding among competitors.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Analytical skills and attention to details.
· Excellent spoken and written English skills.
· Advanced Microsoft user (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
· Marketing skills.
· Self Confidence good listener and patient.
2-4 Proven years of experience as recruiter.
