job Responsibility

- Assists advises and executes tasks related to preparation verification and analysis of accounts payables/receivables transactions to support the achievement of the Finance Services operational strategy

- Drives the delivery of transactional processing and supports leading operations and activities of the accounting function planning organising and coordinating activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of processing

- Supports for leading processing recording classification consolidation and interpretation of Vodafone financials

- Works effectively with colleagues to deliver payment of vendor invoices post customer payments maintain financial statements/records and calculate commission plan payments

- Maintains strong relations and works closely with stakeholders in order to deliver Vodafone transactional processing including the liaison with banks and any outside authorities regarding payroll policies or payment legislation

- Uses best practice knowledge to resolve challenges across the tariff structures business transactions and customer billing areas

- May provide informal guidance to junior staff.
