Job Requirements
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Experience Needed 0 To 3 years
Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
Effective HR administration and people management skills
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly computer literate with capability in email MS Office and related business and communication too Fantastic organizational and time management skills
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Very good command of English is a must
Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverable ability to work in a high velocity environment
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
