 Following up  collecting the monthly outstanding dues Installments PDCs  No PDCs  Alterations

 Allocating cash flow to each account daily

Send monthly notifications via emails and SMS for all concerned clients

 Settling payments for budget deficit facilities  utilities

 Align with other departments for the work flow CRM Technical CRM Call center AR Treasury  all our sites

 Identification recording collections  analytical reports

 Providing high level of customer satisfaction whilst collecting due liabilities
