Al Watania Poultry is Hiring The Following Positions
Treasury and expenses accountant
Preparing recording and posting the financial statements of the headquarters treasury and the slaughterhouse treasury on the AX program to monitor and review the exchange and receipt movement
Preparing cash exchange vouchers after reviewing them and following up their review and approval by the Chief Financial Officer and handing them over to the Treasurer to disburse from the treasury all that is due for disbursement such as wages covenant petty cash
Review all covenants central treasury purchases marketing sales administrative affairs human resources public relations car maintenance car licenses and register them on the program and hand them over to the banks accountant to extract their checks and prepare quarterly approvals
Matching the book balance with the actual balance of the treasury on a weekly basis the main centre treasury the sub treasury in the slaughterhouse
Follow up the accounts of the advances of the central administration and the slaughterhouse daily and prepare their quarterly approvals to ensure the balance of the advances accounts at the end of each quarter and what is due to the company from the advances account
