B DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
•Responding to inquiries via phone and email, and routing calls to the appropriate employee
•Handle incoming post and messages, any fax messages
•Locating and contacting employees if needed
•Receives, welcomes, books, and refers visitors to the relevant individual or department.
•Accepts delivery of small parcels and advises addressee.
•Maintains reception area in a tidy condition.
•Takes and passes on messages. Determines when an issue is urgent and expedites a response.
•May administer routine parking and taxi arrangements
•May issue and collect security badges for visitors.
•As a key point of entry to the organisation, acts with tact, discretion, and courtesy at all times.
•May perform basic clerical tasks and/or undertake simple copy typing as time permits
