For a well known company located in Maadi Cairo is looking for HR Coordinator
Job Description
Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation absence attendance sick leave etc
Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up on the employees credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system
Follow up for Time and Attendance submissions
Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department
Manage the process of employee termination and suspension resignations end of contrac etc employees
Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and managers
Issuing HR Letters

Job Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or any related field
Fresh graduates applicants are welcomed to apply up till 6 months experience
Excellent command of English
Advanced Excel
Attention to details and strong communication skills
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
