Responsibilities

• Responsible for full-cycle of recruitment.
• Administering company medical checkup assessments.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
• Following up new hires orientation, onboarding and employee termination process.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Human Resource Background with minimum 3 years of Experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent Command of English Language.
• Industrial Experience is a plus.

Location: Polaris- International Industrial Parks- 6th of October City.
