Job Description
- You’ll get a chance to learn about PHD’s customer journey once they’re handed over their units all along their belonging to PHD’s community. Client Relations handle end to end client requests, inquiries and complaints all whilst liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure matters are resolved according to the company’s policies and service level agreements.
Skills
Studying a business related major; 3rd or 4th year, Strong communication , Good organizational skills, verbal and written Good organizational skills, Basic knowledge of word, excel and outlook
