Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring that transactions of a business have been properly accounted for and accurately reflect the companys accounting process. Ensure that businesses and individuals have their financial statements up-to-date.
Handling, Monitoring allocation of fund for Marketing expenses of the company
Job Responsibilities:
Compliance with Internal and External auditors requirements
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Monitoring all the activities performed as part of the monthly financial close process
Ensure that the books are done correctly, Assist in projects involving process automation and documentation and respond promptly to incoming queries from stakeholders and take actions to resolve
Liaison for internal control and financial statement audits conducted by both internal and external auditors
Participate in continuous improvement projects to implement optimized processes in the general ledger team supported by technology
Responsible for ensuring the proper posting of all transactions to the appropriate Accounts
Education
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Experience:
5-7 Years experience in General Accounting
Job specific Skills:
Prior experience in general ledger/financial analysis will be an advantage
Computer proficiency in SAP, MS Word and PowerPoint
Self-motivated, results-oriented and strong initiative
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and possess strong work commitment
