Job Description
Source and screen CVs from the company database for the required positions to be filled in.
Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates.
Schedule potential candidates for the required assessments and tests.
Administer the assessment and testing process.
Coordinate and organize for required interviews with the relevant parties within Xceed.
Data entry of required information on HRMS.
Maintain accurate, proper and complete filing for the recruitment function.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Maximum age 28.
HR knowledge.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Excellent communication skills.
NB: location: Maadi or Nasr City based on business needs.
