Job Description
Aman Financial Services a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a HR Business Partner with the below job responsibilities and qualifications
Key job responsibilities Responsible for developing sources of qualified applicants through internal such as referrals and external recruitment tools such as posting advertisements employment fairs and contacting recruitment agencies
Supports the recruitment process by screening applicants CVs for needed vacancies and scheduling daily interviews with candidates
Coordinates with department heads to arrange for panel interviews to speed up the selection process depending on the urgency of filling the vacant position
Responsible for administering pre employment tests IQ English and medical checkup tests for potential candidates
Supports the hiring process through preparing contracts approvals to hire bank account letters etc
Responsible for sending an HR announcement for newly hired employees to their direct supervisor or manager
Handles employees terminations check out requests and experience certificates
Responsible for maintaining and updating Distribution Recruitment System on Remedy
Sends warning letters and e mails to Distribution employees upon their supervisor request in case of absence or misconduct
Performs other related duties
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business Administration is preferable
Very good knowledge of Human Resources policies procedures and principles
Very good understanding of the recruitment selection and hiring processes
Years of experience 1 3 years
