JOB PURPOSE:
- The focal contact point with the service providers to manage tasks related to Labor Relation and Legal Administration (Social insurance Work Permits Labour Office Manpower Office & investment authority… etc.)
- Coordinate with the service provider to:
- Register the new Hires in the Social Insurance Authority
- unregister the departure employees from the Social Insurance Authority
- Submit Social Insurance Form 2 on a yearly basis
- Follow up the employees legal cases with the legal consultant
- Manage the Physical and digital employees files archive
- Manage the admin work to have the service from the service provider in a proper way
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Social Insurance Authority:
- Prepare Social Insurance Form 1 for new hires with the required related documents in a timely manner.
- Prepare Social Insurance Form 2 on yearly basis and ensure no gaps vs the records of the social insurance.
- Prepare Social Insurance Form 6 for the departure employees with the required related documents on timely manner
- Follow up with the service provider to ensure registering form 1 From 2 & Form 6 in a timely manner
- Ensure that Sanofi is compline with the Egyptian labor law in terms of Social Insurance related topics
- Follow up our database in the Social Insurance authority by running an analytical report based on a detailed social insurance printout with Sanofi Egypt active employees and recommend corrective actions if needed
- follow up Social Insurance monthly subscription Payments
- Manage with the service provider to support Sanofis Employees with social Insurance related topics (Print out stamp National IDs forms update Job titles … etc.)
- Report a monthly dashboard & analysis reports related to assigned activities
