Careem Express is a new vertical in the Careem Ecosystem. Express focuses on solving last mile delivery challenges for various industries including food, grocery, e-commerce, retail and others. We are a start-up within a start-up that looks to simplify and improve the delivery experiences of our merchants and end-customers.

We deliver things! Our clients are businesses and we act as their outsourced fleet. Our client portfolio Includes or included previously

• E-Commerce: Amazon, Goodsmart, etc.
• Groceries: Alfa Market, Seoudi, Bassem Market, etc.
• Food: McDonald, KFC, Hardees, Pizza Hut, Bazooka, etc.
  

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible For, But Not Limited To The Below

• Reporting & Analysis with the aim of guiding the team to the best results on the merchants, captains and suppliers sides.
• Invoicing & Trips reconciliation with merchants.
• Handling escalations and negotiations with merchants and suppliers.
• Planning for growth and cost optimization in coordination with the Operation Manager.
  

SKILL SETS

• High Leadership and Communication Skills
• Advanced Analytical Skills
• Advanced Excel
• SQL is a plus
• Ability to manage stress and workload
• 2 to 5 years of experience in relevant field
