Handling support calls with Engineering & Marketing teams
Maintaining an excellent relationship with customers.
Responsible for generating new maintenance contracts and renewals.
Support upselling to customers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in in business administration or equivalent
(0-2) years of experience
Language: Good in both written and spoken English.
Microsoft Office “Word Excel and PowerPoint”.
