JOB PURPOSE :
Coordinating the Supply Planning activity with Plants and Global DC for both Egypt and Sudan markets
Coordinating Overprinting & MOH release activities
Handling the Master Data Creation & Update
Coordinating the Customs Clearance Activity
Preparing Stock Reports
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Coordination with plants and SC Hub for supply planning & shipments organization
Liaise with Treasury Teams for fx requirement
Issuing PO and updating in-transit file
Assist the BU with planning and ensuring timeous new product launches
Coordinating the overprinting & MOH release activities with DRA and DC teams
Communicating weekly Delivery Plans Monthly
Customs Clearance Activity and follow up the clearance of in-transit shipments
Liaise with Sudan management and Sudanese agents for orders production and shipment
Managing the export flow documentation to Sudan
Regular maintenance of master data files on all SC tools and resolving interface issues
Ensure proper and timeous communication to BU regarding product alerts and mitigation plans

Minimum Requirements:
BSc degree in Business Administration or equivalent 2 years experience in supply planning and Inventory Management preferably in Pharmaceutical / FMCG Sector
