Shall provide support for the IT needs of the organization and
assist internal end-users.

Our organization has a dozen PC and a company limited network.
However smooth working of the software and hardware digital contents upload is
crucial.

The IT Specialist ensures that computer hardware and software as
well as networks and servers work consistently and correctly.

IT specialists should install programs to configure networks and
databases and provide assistance to end-users. A special focus is on
internet-based operation websites and social channels contents upload and
newsletter emails.

This role requires extensive familiarity with IT processes and
procedures effective communication departmental enhancement and user support.

IT specialists should give institution-wide support and
enhancement with direct assistance for the different departments and users.
Senior IT Specialist Duties Manage & Direct IT Team Control IT Stocks for
software & Hardware Request it Stocks for Software & Hardware Assist in
planning IT Strategies Control Company E-mail & Website Technical &
Financial ( Issue - Deletion - upgrade -Maintain) Maintain & fix Daily Hardware
& Software daily issues Maintain Internal & Sites networks Recording
any un-allowed /unlicensed programs Issue reports on timely basics Manage &
direct IETOS server( Technical Requests Price offers Operation &
Maintenance) • Manage IETOS backup plan Manage Internet Payments & Buckets
Any other assigned Tasks Install and Configure Networks Manage Databases Provide

Job requirements 5 years as a professional

Salary range from 4500 to 6000 EGP + 45% Profit sharing every 3
months
